DMPK & Toxicology
SAI offers a broad set of DMPK-related services that support the specific needs of early discovery (Tier 1) as well as late discovery / early preclinical (Tier 2) programs.  The suite of services ranges from determination of physicochemical properties through in vitro stability testing to full-fledged in vivo PK studies in rodents.  Sai will begin offering dog PK services in 4Q 2010. Formulation
Sai recently expanded its services to now offer an extensive suite of pre-formulation and formulation expertise and capabilities.  The formulation team works in a state-of-the-art facility that is equipped with high-end analytical instruments including HPLCs, DSC/TGA, moisture sorption analyzer, dissolution testers, particle size analyzers.
